Upon completion of the purchase you will receive an order conformation email. Please reply to this email with the initials that you'd like engraving.
When engraving is requested and completed, the item cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

UK Mainland Delivery
You may select which day you would like to receive your parcel during checkout if you choose Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery
On the day of dispatch, your order will be updated with a tracking number and Royal Mail will email / text you on the day of delivery.
We endeavour to process all orders placed before 12:30pm on the same day, however we cannot always guarantee this during busy periods
Orders received after 12:30pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday
We can deliver to an address that isn’t your billing address, however, when placing an order you must use the correct billing address of where your method of payment is registered when prompted
The quoted delivery time is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee that it will get there on the specified day, especially if there is a problem with the courier (road incidents, floods, heavy snow etc)
If there is no-one present at the delivery address, it may be left with a neighbour or Royal Mail may leave you a "Sorry we missed you" card with details of how to collect / arrange a redelivery for your item. If you’d like any special notes adding to the delivery note, please contact us.
Royal Mail offer a "Safeplace" system on Royal Mail 24 & 48 services which allows customers the opportunity to nominate a preferred delivery location, a 'safe place' or with a nominated neighbour. If you'd like to nominate a Royal Mail Safeplace location on your delivery, please give us a call on 01642 245255 or reply to your order conformation email.
It is your responsibility to collect your item or arrange a redelivery. If you do not collect your items or have them delivered within several working days, then your parcel will be sent back to Hillier Jewellers where you may have to pay for redelivery.
All U.K. Mainland orders placed on hillierjewellers.co.uk will have 14 days to return any items in their original condition for a full refund (this is 14 days from receipt of goods). If we receive any returns after 14 days, it is at the discretion of Hillier Jewellers on whether we issue a refund or return the item to you. Hillier Jewellers advise that any product which you wish to return is sent via a trackable postal service. Hillier Jewellers are not responsible for lost or damaged items which are returned. Hillier Jewellers are not responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty. If a watch bracelet has been altered all links must be present.
Any special made to order items such as Signet Rings, Puzzle Rings, Weddings Rings and Photo Pendants are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Extended Christmas Returns: Any order placed between October 1st & December 23rd are eligible for extended returns until January 7th 2022.
When will my refund be processed?
We aim to process your refund your within 5 working days of us receiving the item back. During busy spells, this may take a day or two longer.
You will be refunded to the full price of the returned products to your original payment method and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. If you have paid for your delivery service, that cost is not refunded.
In the event that an item or its packaging (watch / jewellery box) is returned to us in a damaged state, we reserve the right the refuse the return and the goods will be sent back to you. In the result of minor damage to an item or its packaging, we may offer a partial refund. If the packaging alone is damaged, then a flat 10% will be deducted from any refund (excluding limited edition items with special packaging)
