UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free next day UK Mainland* delivery via DPD Local on all orders over £60.

This is a Monday to Friday service, Saturday & Sunday delivery is available for an extra charge.

Orders under £60 will be subject to a delivery charge of £4.75.

You may select which day you would like to receive your parcel during checkout. For Saturday & Sunday prices, please see pricing at the bottom of the page.

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with a link to your parcel details. This will take you to the DPD website and give you the option to change the delivery date, delivery to a neighbour or DPD Pickup Shop, return to sender or upgrade the delivery.

*DPD Local UK Mainland does not include Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.


We endeavour to process all orders placed before 3:00pm on the same day, however we cannot always guarantee this during busy periods. Please check the countdown timer on the product page when you place your order.

Orders received after 3:00pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday

We can deliver to an address that isn’t your billing address, however, when placing an order you must use the correct billing address of where your method of payment is registered when prompted. You can also change the delivery address later on through the DPD website (see above)

The quoted delivery time is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee that it will get there on the specified day, especially if there is a problem with the courier (road incidents, floods, heavy snow etc)

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If there is no-one present at the delivery address, it may be left with a neighbour or DPD may leave you a "Sorry we missed you" card with details of how to collect / arrange a redelivery for your item. If you’d like any special notes adding to the delivery note, please contact us.

It is your responsibility to collect your item or arrange a redelivery. If you do not collect your items or have them delivered within several working days, then your parcel will be sent back to Hillier Jewellers where you may have to pay for redelivery.

UK Offshore delivery (Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man) is available for £18.00 (2 day service)

International Delivery

Please note that due to the value of our items, any order placed from outside of the UK Mainland will be processed & dispatched at the discretion of Hillier Jewellers. All information provided must be correct for us to receive an authorisation from your issuing bank. If the information we receive from you is incorrect, or we are unable to receive sufficient authorisation from your issuing bank, your order will be cancelled & you will be notified as to the reason(s) why.

Delivery to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland is available for £15.00 (4 to 7 day service)

Delivery to Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Slovenia is available for £23.00 (4 to 7 day service)

Delivery to Greece, Iceland, Lithuania and Norway is available for £35.00 (4 to 7 day service)

Delivery to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and USA is available for £38.00 (4 to 7 day service)


 

Returns Policy

All U.K. Mainland orders placed on hillierjewellers.co.uk will have 14 working days to return any items in their original condition for a full refund (this is 14 working days from receipt of goods). If we receive any returns after 14 working days, it is at the discretion of Hillier Jewellers on whether we issue a refund or return the item to you. Hillier Jewellers advise that any product which you wish to return is sent via a trackable postal service. Hillier Jewellers are not responsible for lost or damaged items which are returned. Hillier Jewellers are not responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty. If a watch bracelet has been altered all links must be present

When will my refund be processed?

We aim to process your refund your within 5 working days of us receiving the item back. During busy spells this may take a day or two longer.

You will be refunded to the full price of the returned products to your original payment method and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. If you have paid for your delivery service, that cost is not refunded.

In the event that an item or its packaging (watch / jewellery box) is returned to us in a damaged state, we reserve the right the refuse the return and the goods will be sent back to you. In the result of minor damage to an item or its packaging, we may offer a partial refund. If the packaging alone is damaged, then a flat 10% will be deducted from any refund (excluding limited edition items with special packaging)

For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings
