All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Any order received after 2pm will be shipped the following day, excluding Fridays when the order will be shipped the following Monday. This excludes Bank Holidays when the parcel would then be shipped on Tuesday.

Delivery Information (DPD Pin Code Delivery)

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or text from DPD with your tracking details and a unique delivery PIN code. Please provide this PIN code to the delivery driver to complete your delivery.

What to Expect on Delivery Day:

·       DPD will send you a delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

·       If you’re unable to receive your parcel, you can reschedule delivery on the DPD website.

·       If no one is available to accept the delivery, DPD will try again on the next working day.

Important:

·       PIN code is required to complete the delivery. If you don’t have it, DPD cannot hand over your parcel and will attempt delivery the following working day.

·       If someone else will be accepting the parcel, they will also need the PIN code to complete the delivery.

Lost or Don’t Have Your PIN Code?

If you don’t have the PIN code when the driver arrives, they can resend it to the email or mobile number provided at checkout.

Delivery Information (Royal Mail Signed For)

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or text from Royal Mail with your tracking details. Royal Mail will also provide a delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

If You Miss the Delivery:

·       If you’re not available to sign for your parcel, you can easily reschedule your delivery on the Royal Mail website or arrange to collect it from your local Post Office.

·       If no one is home, Royal Mail will leave a delivery card with instructions. You can use this card to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from your nearest Post Office.
