U.K. Mainland orders placed on hillierjewellers.co.uk are eligible for a return. We must be notified of your intent to return your parcel within 14 days of your order being received and you have a further 14 days to return your order to us. If we receive any return after this time scale, your order may be returned to you or be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Hillier Jewellers advise that any product which you wish to return is sent via a trackable postal service. Hillier Jewellers are not responsible for lost or damaged items which are returned. Hillier Jewellers are not responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty. If a watch bracelet has been altered all links must be present.
Any special made to order items such as Signet Rings, Puzzle Rings, Weddings Rings and Photo Pendants are not eligible for return unless faulty.
When will my refund be processed?
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of us receiving the item back. During busy spells, this may take a day or two longer.
You will be refunded to the full price of the returned products to your original payment method and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees providing that the product is returned fully in its original condition (Please below). If you have paid for your delivery service, that cost is not refunded.
In the event that an item or its packaging (watch/jewellery box) is returned to us in a damaged state, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the goods will be sent back to you. In the result of minor damage to an item or its packaging, or the item is missing items such as instruction booklets, paperwork or the item swing tag is missing or has been cut off we may charge a restocking fee of up to 10%. This fee may be higher on Special Edition or Limited Edition items
