Link Removal

When purchasing a watch from us which has a metal, ceramic, or plastic bracelet with adjustable links, we are more than happy to adjust the bracelet prior to dispatch. Free of charge of course!

After purchasing simply reply to your order confirmation email, or email customerservice@hillierjewellers.co.uk quoting your order reference number along with your wrist measurement (inches or cm) and we will pass the watch over to one of our trained staff members who will adjust the bracelet. We also included any surplus links along with the watch.

If you are unsure about the size of your wrist, we advise using a piece of string to wrap around your wrist and measuring the length against a ruler. Generally, we allow around half a cm or 1/4 inch of slack to prevent the watch being too tight when you receive it.

Extra links can be obtained from the manufacturers of most of our brands. If you feel you may need additional links for your chosen watch please contact us at customerservice@hillierjewellers.co.uk or 01642 245255. We will be able to inform you how long the links would take to arrive and if there would be any extra costs involved.
