Orders Under £79.00: - Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.95

Orders Over £79.00 to £649.00: - Royal Mail Tracked 48: Free - Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.95

Orders Over £649.00: Royal Mail Special Delivery Free

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Any order received after 2pm will be shipped the following day, excluding Fridays when the order will be shipped the following Monday. This excludes Bank Holidays when the parcel would then be shipped on Tuesday.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail via e-mail or text message. Royal Mail will also inform you of a delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel you may use the Royal Mail website to arrange a more suitable delivery day or arrange to collect the parcel from your local Post Office. 

If nobody is present to take delivery of the parcel Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of an attempted delivery. You can again arrange a redelivery or you can collect this from your local Post Office.
